Online Trauma Therapy in Arizona
Trauma can make ordinary days feel demanding. Online therapy lets you meet with our Arizona practice without adding a trip to an office.
01
Care that fits the life you have now

You might be balancing appointments after an injury, working changing shifts, or trying to get through a day while your body stays on alert. A drive to an office can become one more thing to arrange. Our client therapy sessions take place online across Arizona.
02
What you can bring to the conversation
You do not need a polished explanation of what happened. You can begin with the part of life that feels hardest today: sleep, a car ride, a medical appointment, an argument, or the feeling that you are not quite yourself. We work with trauma and PTSD, the emotional effects of injury and medical experiences, grief, and anxiety. A consultation helps us discuss whether our services fit what you need.
03
Making a place for the session

Choose somewhere you can speak privately and hear the conversation. Think about who might enter the room, whether headphones would help, and what you will need afterward. You can raise concerns about screens, concentration, or interruptions before starting. Video is a format, not a requirement to manage everything alone; we can talk through whether it is a workable setting for you.
04
The pace is part of the work
Our approach starts with connection and understanding. There is no requirement to describe every difficult experience on the first call. Let us know if something feels too fast, confusing, or hard to put into words. Sessions are 55 minutes, and the schedule is discussed together. Available approaches include EMDR, cognitive and skills-based work, and attention to what you notice in your body, including Neuroscience-Informed Meditation Practices. We incorporate neuroscience-informed, evidence-based meditation practices to support awareness, emotional regulation, and the mind-body connection.
05
Location and practical questions
You need to be in a location where the treating clinician is authorized to work with you. Tell us where you will physically be during sessions, especially if you travel. Ask about current clinician availability, fees, insurance, and language preferences during the consultation. We do not promise that a particular plan covers a particular clinician or session until those details have been checked.
Questions
Before You Begin
Do I need to explain my trauma in the request?
No. Keep an initial request brief and avoid sensitive health information. Detailed concerns belong in the clinical conversation.
