Therapy for Professionals and Entrepreneurs

You keep the business running and the team steady. Private online therapy across Arizona for the person underneath the role.

01

When looking fine is part of the job

Many professionals and business owners are skilled at appearing steady. Clients, employees, and family count on you, and there may not be anyone you can be honest with. Underneath, you might be running on adrenaline, sleeping poorly, or carrying something from the past that keeps showing up at the worst times. A common thought is, I should be able to handle this alone. Therapy can be a place where you do not have to.

02

What professionals often bring

People come with burnout, panic before presentations, irritability with staff, or trouble switching off at night. Some are dealing with a past trauma that recent pressure has stirred up. Others are recovering from an accident or medical event while trying to keep the business afloat. Some feel like an imposter despite real success. You can start with whatever is costing you the most right now, at work or at home.

03

Using sessions well

Our sessions are 55 minutes, typically once or twice weekly, and fully online across Arizona. Without a commute, a session can fit between meetings or before the workday. It helps to protect a little time afterward, especially when you begin working with harder material. We focus on practical skills to settle your body under pressure, and when you are ready, deeper work with memories and patterns using approaches such as EMDR or Internal Family Systems.

04

Privacy and discretion

Therapy records are protected health information. We do not share anything with your company, partners, or clients without your written authorization, except where the law requires it. You can meet from a private room at home or a closed door at work. Many professionals choose private pay for their own reasons; ask during the consultation about rates, in-network plans, and out-of-network superbills to decide what works for you.

Getting started

Request a free 15-minute phone consultation with a name and a way to reach you. You do not need to explain everything in the form. A request is not an appointment, and the practice confirms a time. Use the consultation to ask about scheduling, our approach, and fit. We ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel, or the full session fee applies, so it is worth talking about your calendar up front.
